Spear auger teeth are often used on the inner tooth positions help break up the soil and gain better ground penetration. Using a spear tooth on the outer position will not protect the outside of the auger flighting an may cause wear to the auger flighting.

 Will suit Digga, Augertorque and Pengo augers.
